Easy Classic Chicken Casserole Recipes for a Crowd




Ingredients:

1 package Pepperidge Farms Cornbread dressing mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 large chicken breasts
Salt & pepper to taste
Chopped celery (opt)
Diced onions (opt)

Directions:



*Boil chicken breast until done; debone & set aside.
Save chicken broth.
Pour dressing mix into a bowl,melt butter & pour over stuffing stirring to coat,add in onions & celery, salt & pepper to taste.
In a greased casserole pan put a layer of crumbs,a layer of chicken:
Mix together mushroom soup with 1 can chicken broth,pour over chicken.
Add another layer of crumbs,layer of chicken:Mix together chicken soup with 1 can chicken broth ,pour over the chicken.
Top with remaining crumbs and bake at 350 until golden brown on top.(About 45 minutes)
