1 lb. ground chuck
1 T. worcestershire sauce
1 T. montreal steak seasoning

Brown Gravy
3-4 T. beef grease
3 T. all purpose flour
1 1/2 - 2 C. beef stock
2 T. ketchup
salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine all ingredients by hand and form into 4 patties. Allow to sit at room temp. while the grill heats up to med. high. Grill them for 5-6 minutes per side.

Brown Gravy
Heat the beef grease over med. heat, whisk in the flour, if it seems to need thinning add a little more grease. Cook, stirring until it becomes a warm brown color, about 5-7 minutes. 
It should be a smooth roux. 
Whisk in 1 C. of the stock and the ketchup, continue stirring as it thickens and add more stock to thin to the consistency you like. 
Season with salt and pepper.
