16 oz. frozen cheese tortellini
1/2 lb. ground italian sausage
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 C. chopped pepperoni
24 oz. spaghetti sauce
2 C. italian blend or mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook tortellini according to pkg. directions. 
Meanwhile, in a skillet over med. high heat, brown the sausage breaking it up as it cooks. 
When the sausage is browned, add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, add in the garlic and pepperoni and cook for 1 minute. 
Remove from the heat. 
Drain the tortellini and return it to the pot you cooked it in. 
Stir in the meat mixture, spaghetti sauce and 1 1/4 C. of the cheese. Pour into a 2.5 quart baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese. 
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
