2 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1 lb. fresh sausage
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Fry sausage in skillet and drain; make sure it is crumbly. 
Mix baking mix, milk and cheese and sausage until soft dough forms. 
Roll in hand, size of walnut or can be made regular size. 
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. 
Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. 
Melt butter, brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. 
Makes 15-20 small or 10-12 regular size biscuits.
